TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Purchase and Sale Terms ("Terms") establish the mutual rights, obligations, and liabilities between the Buyer and www.odapro.eu ("Seller") when the Buyer purchases goods in the online store.

2. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE-SALE AGREEMENT
The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart in the online store, specified the delivery address, selected the payment method, the bank from which the payment would be made, and familiarized themselves with these Terms, clicks the "Confirm Order and Proceed to Payment" button. The agreement is valid until the complete fulfillment of the obligations specified in these Terms. Each agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the www.odapro.eu online store.

3. BUYER'S RIGHTS AND DUTIES
3.1. In accordance with these Terms and Lithuanian legal acts, buyers of the online store are:

3.1.1. Natural persons, i.e., individuals who have reached the age of majority, whose legal capacity is not restricted by court order;

3.1.2. Minors aged fourteen to eighteen, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except when they independently dispose of their income;

3.1.3. Legal entities;

3.1.4. Authorized representatives of all the above individuals.

3.2. If there are changes in the data provided in the Buyer's registration form, the Buyer must update them immediately.

3.3. The Buyer must comply with other rules and requirements set out in these Terms and Lithuanian legal acts.

3.4. If the Buyer decides to terminate the contract and informs the Seller about it, the Buyer loses the right to use the goods from the date of sending the notification. The date and time of sending the notification determine the date and time of the Buyer's notification. If it is determined that the goods were used after the notification was sent, the Seller has the right to refuse to terminate the contract.

4. SELLER'S RIGHTS AND DUTIES
4.1. The goods selected by the Buyer are reserved, and the Seller begins to execute the purchase-sale agreement only when the Seller receives notification from the Buyer's bank about the payment for the selected goods. The Buyer must confirm the payment order no later than 24 hours from pressing the "Confirm Order and Proceed to Payment" button. If the payment order is not confirmed within this period, the Seller has the right to consider that the Buyer has refused the purchase-sale agreement.

4.2. If the Buyer attempts to disrupt the operation or stability of the online store, the Seller may, without prior notice, restrict, suspend, or terminate the Buyer's ability to use the online store.

4.3. If the Seller notices dishonest actions by the Buyer, the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order and inform the Buyer. The Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer within 7 working days if the Buyer made an advance payment.

4.4. The Seller has the right to temporarily or indefinitely suspend the operation of the online store without separate warning.

4.5. The Seller has other rights provided for in these Terms and Lithuanian legal acts.

4.6. The Seller must create conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store.

5. LIABILITY
5.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. The Buyer assumes responsibility for the consequences arising from the inaccuracy or imprecision of the data provided in the registration form.

5.2. For the violation of the purchase and sale agreement concluded using the online store, the parties are liable in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

5.3. The Seller is not responsible for the information provided on other company websites, even if the Buyer accesses these websites through links in the Seller's online store.

5.4. In case of damage, the guilty party compensates the losses incurred by the other party.

6. SENDING INFORMATION
6.1. The Seller sends all messages to the Buyer's provided email address.

6.2. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the Seller's online store section "Contacts" at the specified addresses.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. Upon termination of the agreement, the Seller undertakes to refund the money for the returned and unpacked goods within 7 working days. When debiting a bank card, the money is refunded only to the card from which the payment was made.

7.2. All disputes arising from the implementation of these Terms are resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
