We regret that we do not have a physical store. You can also purchase our products from our partners (BENU pharmacy, EURO pharmacy, Drogas stores, Douglas online store and WOLT).
Can the products be used during pregnancy and lactation?
Yes, the products are safe to use during both pregnancy and lactation.
However, we would like to mention that when choosing cosmetic products during pregnancy, you should pay attention to the fact that due to changes in hormonal balance, the skin may be more sensitive than before.

The parcel was damaged in the post office.
If you find a damaged parcel in a parcel locker, first check whether the goods inside are also damaged. If so, it is recommended to take a photo of both the damaged outer shipping box and the damaged goods inside while still at the parcel locker. The photo must also show the parcel locker itself or a fragment of it. Please provide us with this information by e-mail to logistika@odapro.eu

Does the product maintain its quality in the cold?
We perform stability tests on all products. When storing products in the cold (-10 C) for a short time (24 hours), the physical and chemical properties of the products do not change. It is recommended to keep the product at room temperature for 24 hours before use after it has been refrigerated.
Do you test your products on animals?
All our cosmetic products are "animal-friendly". According to Article 18 of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, testing on animals of cosmetic products or raw materials used in their production is prohibited after 11 March 2013. This requirement must be complied with by all manufacturers, importers and distributors of cosmetic products established in the European Community.
Most of our products are suitable for vegans.

Is the Acne expert line suitable for teenagers? If so, from what age?
Yes, the Acne Expert line is suitable for use by teenagers. These products contain glycolic acid (AHA), so they may cause a slight tingling sensation at first. This depends not so much on age as on the sensitivity of the skin, so the skin should be gradually accustomed to these products.
Do the products maintain their quality in heat?
Short-term heat (e.g. during product transportation in summer) does not affect product quality. This is proven by product stability studies.
Is “Peptide emulsion with retinol and vit.C” safe to use during pregnancy?
The ingredients and concentrations of the product comply with the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, making it safe to use during pregnancy. However, it should be noted that skin may become more sensitive during pregnancy, so a cosmetic product that was previously suitable may not necessarily be suitable during pregnancy.
Can the "Peptide Emulsion with Retinol and Vit.C" be used in the summer?
Yes, it is possible, but it is recommended to use it in the evening or additionally use sunscreen.
Is "Moisturizing Facial Sunscreen SPF30" only for use in the summer?
No. This cream can be used at other times of the year, as the sun is active not only in the summer.
Do I need to wash my face after using "Multifunctional Micellar Water"?
Yes, because micellar water residue and dirt may remain on the skin.
My skin turns red after using your products. Does this mean that the product is of poor quality?
All ODA PRO cosmetic products comply with the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, therefore they are of high quality and safe. However, the cosmetic manufacturer cannot guarantee the individual skin reaction to any ingredient. For this purpose, the product composition is indicated on the packaging.
How do you ensure product safety?
Various tests are performed to ensure product safety. These include product stability tests, microbiological tests, preservative effectiveness tests, dermatological tests, product effectiveness tests, etc. In addition, a Product Information File is prepared for each product, where the Safety Assessor, having collected the results of all tests and the toxicological data available from available sources on each raw material separately, assesses the safety of the product.
When I started using your products, they didn't suit my skin. Can I return them?
When returning or exchanging goods, we follow Articles 6.228 (7) - 6.228 (11) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Consumer Rights Protection of the Republic of Lithuania, and the Retail Trade Rules, therefore products that have begun to be used or have lost their commercial appearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
When I first start using your product, I notice a specific smell. Is this how it should be?
Most of our cosmetic products are fragrance-free. Each raw material (oils, emulsifiers, acids, preservatives, extracts, etc.) has its own natural smell, which is why cosmetic products also have their own specific smell. Only tested cosmetic products that meet quality requirements are released to the market.
